Yoga sessions make you gain in strength, endurance and flexibility thanks to techniques of sequences of poses.
The session of evening, more relaxing lets you feel the profits of your session, stretch and relax them muscles, ease the mind.
Classes take place on the terrace or rooftop outside. The view of the ocean and the village provide a appeasement immediate.
You can choose the package:1 hour of yoga the morning at 9 a.m. before going surfing +1 hour yoga more Relax the evening to sunset, magical moment.
You can also choose to take a la carte course directly on site.
The debriefs
Your surf sessions are photographed or filmed.
Every other night we debfrief.
Your exploits and your waves are analyzed.
We target the flaws, we set the goal, and we improve.
